Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At Juplee, every garment is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or require a size exchange, we're here to help. Please read our Exchange, Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. Products are eligible for exchange only if they are:
- ◆ Unused and unwashed
- ◆ In their original condition
- ◆ With all original tags and packaging intact
- ◆ Requested due to a manufacturing defect or size issue
Exchanges Are Not Applicable For
- ✕ Change of mind
- ✕ Colour preference
- ✕ Style preference
- ✕ Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs (if applicable). Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Policy
Juplee follows a No Return Policy. As our garments are carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Returns will only be considered if the product received has a verified manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was delivered. In such cases, the request must be raised within 3 days of delivery along with supporting photographs.
Refund Policy
Juplee follows a No Refund Policy. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or style preference.
If a refund is approved due to exceptional circumstances such as an order that cannot be fulfilled by Juplee or another issue verified by our team, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, COD charges (if applicable), and other service charges are non-refundable unless the refund is approved due to an error on our part.
Important Note
Exchanges are provided only for eligible manufacturing defects, incorrect products, or size-related concerns (subject to availability). Returns and refunds are not applicable except where required by law or expressly approved by Juplee after verification.
